Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition:
- Only tried on for size and fit (not worn, washed, or altered)
- Unused, with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
You are welcome to try items on to ensure proper fit, but they must remain in new, resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@auralis-labs.com within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return instructions with you.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as damages, defects, or receiving the wrong item), Auralis Labs will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@auralis-labs.com within 7 days with photos so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, the quickest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements noted above and include proof of purchase.
Please note that under EU law, Auralis Labs will refund the full product price and the original shipping cost you paid when placing the order. However, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
EU Legal Guarantee
In accordance with EU law, all products include a two-year legal guarantee covering any lack of conformity (defects). This guarantee applies in addition to your rights under our return and refund policy.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
