Processing Times
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping times vary by region:
- United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
- Europe: 8–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
- Other Countries: 10–25 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, local customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order, we will provide the details so you can monitor your delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the system.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays or misdelivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are free when indicated on specific promotions or product offers. Otherwise, shipping fees are clearly stated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping

Order Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@auralis-labs.com within 12 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
Lost or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact us at contact@auralis-labs.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
